Return Inspection: Upon receiving the returned items, our team will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure they meet the stated criteria. Once the inspection is completed, we will proceed with the refund process.

Refund Process: Returned items meeting the stated conditions will be accepted and approved for refund credit. The refund will be processed through the original payment method used during the transaction. In the event that the original payment method is no longer valid, a Store Credit will be issued for the approved refund amount.
