  • Returns:

Please keep in mind that if you are shipping an item with a value over $60, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. While we strive to provide a smooth return experience, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so it's always best to take precautions.

  • Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will promptly inspect it and send you an email to confirm its arrival. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your returned item meets the conditions outlined in our Return Policy, we will gladly accept and approve it for a refund credit. The refund will be processed through the original payment method used in the transaction.

  • Why haven't I received my refund yet?:

It can take some time for refunds to be processed and posted. If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card provider and bank as they may have processing times beyond our control.

  • Exchanges:

  • Gifts:

If your item was marked as a gift during the purchase and it was shipped directly to you, we are pleased to offer you a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a gift certificate in the form of an email. Please keep in mind that the gift certificate will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please note that our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Free Shipping within the United States: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. If your order value is below $80, a shipping fee of $5 will be applied during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect your package to arrive within 10 business days. International Shipping: For our valued international customers, we offer Free Shipping on orders over $80. For orders below $80, a shipping fee of $10 will be added at checkout.

*If the original sale did not qualify for free shipping, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. In these cases, customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item. No shipping charges will be refunded.

Returned items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a full refund.
