How long will my order take to arrive?

All shipping estimates (domestic and international) are approximate and are quoted in business days.
Please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
Shipping takes up to 10 business days.

 

How do I track my order?

Tracking information on your order will become available 1–5 business days after it has been placed. You will receive an email notifying you once your order has been shipped, which will include a link to track your order. Please be aware that tracking links may take up to 24 hours to update with an estimated delivery date from the time they are sent.

I want to change or cancel my order.

Please be aware that our team strives to fulfill your order promptly to ensure timely delivery of your jewelry. If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, we kindly request that you contact us via email hello@belumjewelry.com within 24 hours of placing the order. Once this 24-hour period has elapsed, we are unable to cancel or modify the order in our system.

If you are unable to cancel or modify your order, you will need to wait until you receive your order and then initiate a return process to receive a refund. Please note that once the order begins processing, we are unable to make any changes in our system, even if the 24-hour window has not yet expired.

I never received my order confirmation.


You will receive a confirmation email from Belûm within a few hours of placing your order. If you don't find it in your main mail folder, please take a look in your spam folder, sometimes we can find it there. It is also possible that the registered email address is misspelled If that is your case, please contact us. Our Love Team will happy to help you. 

I have missing items from my order. what should i do? what should i do if i receive a damaged item?
